Heritage Harbor

Heritage Harbor, located in the Annapolis area, is an active adult community on the South River.  It was founded in 1979.  Heritage offers many types of homes (condominiums, townhouses and single family).  All surrounded by a beautiful natural environment.  Only 7 miles to downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy.

There are a variety of amenities at the spacious community lodge – indoor and outdoor pools, exercise rooms, library, Jacuzzi and saunas, crafts room, woodwork shop, dining room and a walkway to a crabbing and fishing dock on the South River.  There are also tennis courts and a golf course available.  Truly a wonderful place to live
